Due to some recent late cancellations and no shows, our cancellation policy has been updated as of 1st July 2023.

Cancel with 48 hours notice - no charge

Cancel with less than 48 hours notice - 50% of appointment charged

No show - full payment required before another appointment can be booked.

If an appointment for large colour work is booked (2 hour or more appointment), a 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking. If this appointment is cancelled 48 hours before then the deposit can be transferred onto your next booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the deposit is non-transferable and non refundable.
